Eases arthritis pain in, my hands (guitar player), knee pain, hip soreness (post hip replacement surgery) , and lower back pain. If you purchase this product be aware that when the pump stops pumping lotion there is likely about 2 more ounces still available in the bottle (Longer stem needed) Act accordingly! The 2000 mg in 8 ounces of lotion is nice as you can spread it around and gain the effects with out using more than needed like some products on the market with 2000mg in just 4 ounces of lotion. Not greasy rubs in quickly and lasts a reasonable length of time."
