What's the CBD concentration in each salve size?
All three sizes use the same CBD isolate (98% CBD, 0% THC) at the same concentration — roughly 500mg of CBD per ounce:
- 1000mg — 2oz jar (500mg/oz)
- 2000mg — 4oz jar (500mg/oz)
- 4000mg — 8oz jar (500mg/oz)
Is the 4000mg jar stronger per application than the 1000mg jar?
No — the concentration per application is the same across all three sizes, since the CBD-to-carrier-oil ratio doesn't change. What changes is total volume: the 4000mg/8oz jar simply contains four times as much product as the 1000mg/2oz jar, so it lasts longer for the same usage pattern rather than delivering a stronger dose per use.
Which size should I choose?
This comes down to how often and how many areas you're treating, not strength:
- 1000mg (2oz): Good for trying the salve for the first time, or for occasional spot use on one area.
- 2000mg (4oz): A middle-ground option for regular daily use on one or two areas.
- 4000mg (8oz): Best value per mg for frequent users applying to multiple areas several times a day, per the label's suggested use of a dime-sized amount up to 3–4 times daily.
